In-Person Classes

1. Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 14 days before the class start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • 7-14 days before the class start date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the class start date: No refund. However, you may transfer your enrollment to another person at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation by Loreto Learning:

  • If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer your enrollment to another class of equal value.

3. Missed Classes:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. Please ensure you can attend the scheduled sessions.

Live Online Classes

1. Cancellation by Participant:
